Employees that have their paychecks direct deposited with their bank or are on NetCheck with SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union have the option of viewing their paystubs and Form W-2 online through the Employee Information System provided by the Orange County Department of Education. If an employee wishes to continue to receive a hard copy paystub, a written request must be submitted to the Coastline ROP Payroll Department.  For instructions on how to access the EIS System, view the EIS Manual here. 

The EIS Manual contains information on how to

• Log into the EIS system for the first time
• Create your own unique password
• View, download, and print your paystubs or Form W-2

The EIS system archives 3 years of payroll history.  Please note, it is important to enter a valid email address when logging into the system for the first time.  After you have have completed this process, check your email for a message from OCDE and follow the link provided.  This step confirms your email address and with allow the system to verify your information the next time you log into the EIS System.
